Keeps the future-work roadmap truthful after the five core release gates and container slices #261/#262 closed. The active queue now contains only #263, clearly marked as supplemental Linux container evidence. Updates the parent epic checklist to match and adds a focused release-surface contract. Local evidence: ./mvnw -Dtest=ReleasePackagingSurfaceTest test passed 46 tests with 0 failures/errors.
