Package-backed native diagnostic evidence for the supported uncaught-exception path.

Evidence

• ./mvnw clean verify: 7,003 passed, 0 failed, 1 skipped
• A real C static-library caller checks direct ABI accessors for the error code, summary, Java type, class, method, source file, line, bytecode offset, source line, cause, recovery hint, and detail.
• The recoverable javan_try_* result is checked after javan_clear_error(), proving it owns copies of the same diagnostic fields.

Remaining scope

This proves the current uncaught array-index path. It does not add Java exception semantics or reflective stack traces.
