Enhancement: tns plugin INSTALL alias

Can we add **INSTALL** as a valid alias for **add** -- when you go back and forth from **npm install** it seems like EVERY single time I then do a **tns plugin INSTALL** and it throws and error.  Just one of those simple conveniences...
