The limited dependency update from DependaBot broke Pygments rendering in a number of places, which then broke the table of contents for pages. Updating all of the dependencies at once fixes the rendering issue, for now. However, there is trouble in MkDocs land, and it a new rendering engine may need to be found: https://fpgmaas.com/blog/collapse-of-mkdocs/
