Start functionality for protocol validation #9
Description
We will need to query BIDS datasets in order to validate whether certain scan types are present.
Add functionality to query a BIDS dataset for a specific modality/BIDS suffix.
Add functionality to validate shape of a nifti (can use Nibabel or nilearn's image.load_img)
