`-e` option actually not working

When I ran a binary from dockerc with -e XXX=123 and found out that the environment vars were not actually taking effect on the process.

You define environment variables when starting the resulting binary, not when running dockerc:

$ ./dockerc --image docker://alpine --output alpine-bin
[...]
$ ./alpine-bin -e FOO=bar
/ # echo $FOO
bar
/ # ^D
