typst-lsp: fix by updating dependencies

Description of changes

typst-lsp is part of the packages that got broken when by the rust toolchain update to 1.80.
I have made a PR upstream to fix the issue, but it has not been merged yet.
In the meantime, I marked the package as broken.
In this PR, I simply backport the fix from the upstream PR to nixpkgs as a temporary fix.

  • made sure NixOS tests are linked to the relevant packages
• Tested compilation of all packages that depend on this change using nix-shell -p nixpkgs-review --run "nixpkgs-review rev HEAD". Note: all changes have to be committed, also see nixpkgs-review usage
• Tested basic functionality of all binary files (usually in ./result/bin/)
• 24.11 Release Notes (or backporting 23.11 and 24.05 Release notes)
