Præcisering af kravene til F2-punktet i governance-checklisten for at gøre det mere tydeligt, hvad der kræves af Open Source-licenser.
Ændringer:
Opdaterer F2-kravet fra "Open Source licenskriterier overholdes" til "Løsningen har en gyldig og eksplicit Open Source licens"
Præciserer at der skal foreligge en LICENSE-fil i projektets rodmappe
Specificerer at licenserne skal være OSI-godkendt, og at OS2's standard er MPL 2.0
Formål:
Denne ændring gør det klart for projektejere, hvad de mere lavpraktisk skal gøre for at opfylde F2-kravet – nemlig at placere en LICENSE-fil med en OSI-godkendt licens i rodmappen af deres projekt.
