Incorrect links in the TOC entries for titles with backslashes

I noticed that the TOC entries for titles with backslashes in the Version 4.0 Developer Upgrade Guide are not working. An example is the entry "Sniffs must implement the PHP_CodeSniffer\Sniffs\Sniff interface".

It seems that doctoc generates the incorrect anchor link (it includes the backslashes while GitHub does not). I left a comment about it in an already existing issue in the doctoc repository: thlorenz/doctoc#260.

Opening this issue for awareness. It is just a small detail, but maybe we can see if there is an easy-to-implement workaround?

@rodrigoprimo You may want to verify, but based on the changelogs from recent releases of the doctoc tooling, I believe this issue should be considered fixed and can be closed.
