Add a wiki page listing integrations and tools that use PHP_CodeSniffer #90
Description
In squizlabs/PHP_CodeSniffer#1236, a third-party service asked to be listed as a PHP_CodeSniffer integration. Greg mentioned that he didn't have anywhere to put this sort of info, but thought it would be good to list integrations somewhere.
Chatting about it with @jrfnl, she asked me to create this issue. The idea is to have a documentation page listing known tools and services that integrate with PHP_CodeSniffer, as this could be useful for users looking to discover available tooling.
