Some ogg files fail to play.

I have a couple ogg files so far that won't play. I'm not yet sure if it is isolated to just a couple specific files. Will report back after trying some more.

I use stb_vorbis to decode ogg files at the moment, because it was easy to use and played all the ogg files I had fine.

The library has some limitations, especially for old ogg files:

//   - floor 0 not supported (used in old ogg vorbis files pre-2004)

I will probably switch to the official libvorbis decoder library then, which has better file compatibility
and is more suitable for an audioplayer anyway.

It would be interesting to know why these won't play though.
