Build minimal version

A minimal version including:

• Working authentication
• Profile view/edit page

Tasks (inc. documentation) :

• Choose backend framework
• Choose frontend libraries
• Setup development environment and instructions
• Define the authentication flow
• Define the standard API (standard/error formats)
• Provide API endpoint to get one's profile
• Provide API endpoint to update one's profile
