use current directory if in bite folder?

I notice that the subcommands always show you the select bite menu, wouldn't it make more sense to default to current bite if you're in that folder?

So, if the user's cwd is a bite in the local bites database, submit that bite, otherwise show the bite menu. I like that.

Do you think that should just be the default, or a flag? eatlocal submit --current-bite (-C)

If it's easy + reliable to detect we can make that the default and we don't need a switch?

As I was demo'ing it, it became counterintuitive I had to choose the bite when I was already in its directory (which will commonly happen I think). Thanks.

I think it's as easy as (famous last words) checking if cwd is in the dictionary values that gets loaded from .local_bites.json and using that to create the Bite object instead of the user choosing it.

I think I have some time on Sunday to check it out.
