Support multiple targets (multidimensional) `y`

The sklearn.linear_model.ElasticNet (and friends) support this (ref). They simply iterate over each target. Supporting this would make it easier to use GeneralizedLinearRegressor(family="gaussian") as a drop-in replacement for the sklearn variants.
