Respect document language specified from editor

Currently, as described in REditorSupport/vscode-R#930 (comment), we don't really respect the document language specified from the editor.

We should support languageId specified in https://microsoft.github.io/language-server-protocol/specifications/specification-3-17/#textDocumentItem.
