By "Puli Proposal" I mean a variant of a straw-dog proposal. A straw-dog proposal is a professional's attempt to facilitate brainstorming. (It has nothing to do with a "strawman argument", an annoying fallacious argument.) By "Puli Proposal" I mean to emphasize intelligence, activity, and being friendly toward children -- just like real world Pulis -- and light-hearted humor to head off any instinct to argue combatively.
So, to be clear, this isn't really even a draft PR. It might end up as a real PR but I'm fine with it ending up going nowhere. It was just easier / felt more productive to write this than a comment in the issue thread that ultimately inspired this PP.
