Project bar styling fixes

A few styling fixes that are needed on the project bar:

• Title getting cut off in tablet mode when the sidebar is opened (see this thread) - suggested change could be done with container queries, but it messes with the existing container queries we already have in place, so could be fiddly.
• Right border of the project bar missing
• Project bar flashes up with the non-web-component state for the project name before the project is loaded
