Integrate the Pyodide prototype with the editor-ui project

As discussed, we are now ready to start integration the Pyodide Python interpreter with editor-ui. The Technical Analysis document suggests an approach that we should follow, although I'm sure there will be issues that arise that we haven't anticipated.
