Dialog "Change order of tabs" broken

XUL bitrot:

this is a very old xhtml dialog, which looks bad right now. Time for a quick fix. Log term we should retire this and make it a html tab for the future and then also support drag + drop within the dialog.

Fixed it, took a few hours of trial and error to do:

QuickFolders-mx-6.15pre104.zip

• you can now resize the dialog vertically again. the list will try to resize accordingly
• now supports both light and dark themes

at some stage we need to convert this into a html document and make it show up in a tab instead!

To install version above download zip file and drag the file into Thunderbird Add-ons Manager (do not extract contents, it won't install like that). You almost certainly should restart as style sheets are cached aggressively by Mozilla apps.
