On assignment page view - add creation date and allow sort on that

This was a request from the PI workshop in June 2025.

In the new assignment builder on the page that shows all the assignments add the creation date and allow the user to sort in reverse order so that the most recently created are on top.

There is already a due date column that is sortable. I think adding another date would just make it more confusing.
