/myroomnick still does not work

Describe the bug

The /myroomnick still doesn't work even after update 1.15.3. Attempting to use it sends a "Membership event with no changes" message instead.

Reproduction

1. Use /myroomnick or change nickname in room cosmetics option.

Expected behavior

Room nickname is changed to whatever specified by the user.

1. Linux

3. Sable 1.15.3-dev

In regards to the room avatar fix as well, I just noticed using /myroomnick on another client after setting my avatar in the room cosmetics settings reverts my avatar back to my old one.
