Feature for issue # 55 - #55

• Search matches all scenario fields (title, description, slug, tags, level/type/access)
• Add pagination
• Add Clear button that resets everything: it blanks the search, clears all selected tags, re-renders the tag buttons

@dremerten thank you so much Andre, I'll look into this. We are working on a total website revamp but still not sure what's the best UX. Here's a working version missing tags and scenario type.

@dremerten thanks for offering, right now there's no code/repo we can share since it's integrated with the backend but if/when we have a stable dev server we'll be happy to get extra eyes on it :-)
