Describe the bug

When adding podcast with title in chinese, the paths are replaced with -. In my case I use {title} for podcast and {date} - {title} for episode.

Reproduction

Add a chinese show, example: "燕外之意". Then check the files.

Same issue with some ISO-8859-1 characters for french words.
