When installing `scipy`, `python-freethreading` will be installed. This create some issue because we doesn't configure nanobind to support it.
Try to overcome this issue: conda-forge/gdk-pixbuf-feedstock#61

Nanobind 2.11 include a fix about 0 size vector handling in numpy 2.4
