Bug Description

When I try to spawn a minecart, nothing happens. There are no errors.

Expected Behavior

A minecart spawns at me

Attempt to spawn a minecart at you

The minecart entity type is set, but still does not spawn

!spawn minecart at me --> same result as above

!spawn normal minecart at me --> error (I tried this because when I manually spawn in a minecart and send the type, it says this)

Other

I tried to spawn the other minecart types and they all spawn as expected

Something interesting, but probably unrelated: the hopper minecart is the only other one that will spawn if you put type type first (see pic)

Can replicate on 2.10.2, you can spawn a normal minecart with regular minecart

I think that this "issue" is making a lot of developers confused, so why not just fix that with simple "summon a minecart"? If you want a minecart with tnt, you do "explosive minecart", when you want a minecart, you just do "minecart". Simple as that.
