AnyUUID/AnyIdentifier for ExprUUID #7675

Suggestion
Add a new AnyX class that is dedicated to allowing addons access to ExprUUID
Why?
Some APIs will use UUID as their unique references for things an example of this would be Citizens and their NPCs where they have two uuids with the only accessible one being the uuid of the attached entity which is not promised to never change
