Add StructEvent into docs #7680

Suggestion
Remove the @NoDocs annotation on StructEvent and add proper docs information.
Why?
Currently skript only mentions the event priority on the https://docs.skriptlang.org/events.html page, with the proposed changes from efy, the change to how search and filtering removes the banner which was already small and not something most people read/saw.
Showing the structure itself now provides a point where end users can view it and learn of things, such as on any/cancelled <.+> and the with priority blah
