Description
This PR aims to update
ExprPlayerViewDistance->ExprViewDistanceallowing users to get the view distance of worlds on Paper servers and change the view distance of worlds on Paper 1.21+ (Older versions are unstable)Also adds Simulation Distance allowing users to get players and worlds simulation distances, change players simulation distance (Paper) and change the simulation distance of worlds on Paper 1.21+ (Older versions are unstable)
