Issue: Sites have to be refreshed for the extension to work

Sometimes, the extension needs the page to be restarted in order to work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a site using a different tab.

Expected behavior
Work without being restarted.

Occurs regularly. Quite annoying.
