Feature Request - Authentication via Github App

Why is it desirable?

• No longer necessary for admins to create PATs on behalf of themself
• Increased rate limit: 15,000 requests per hour if owned by a GitHub Enterprise Cloud organization (compared to 5,000 requests for PATs)

Suggested Fix:
