Allow for Exception.Data Dictionary to be included in the Structured Data field

Currently this is not included. I could create a PR for this if you want.
This should be an optional parameter. As its a Dictionary object how its is displayed in the structured data field could be as follows:

ExceptionData.[Key]=" [Value]"
