Docs: TanStack Start example doesn't run in interactive sandboxes

Notice how none of the interactive sandboxes ("Interactive Sandbox", "StackBlitz", "CodeSandbox") start for this TanStack Start example with this error

npm error code EUNSUPPORTEDPROTOCOL
npm error Unsupported URL Type "workspace:": workspace:*
