Tab completion not working in Fish shell on Mac

It doesn't seem to work nicely with Fish shell, in particular the TAB completion doesn't work well

```bash
fish --version
fish, version 4.0.2
rich --version
1.8.0
```

To reproduce, have a file structure like this:

```bash
> ls
test.csv
```

Then try to autocomplete, type this
```rich t```

Then hit tab, it should auto-complete to `rich test.csv` but it doesn't
