AISstream bounding box

Currently, we set bounding boxes for our aisships data as hardcoded values. We want to change the bounding boxes to be relative to our boat.

For example, if we currently set a bounding box of [[[25.835302, -80.207729], [25.602700, -79.879297]]] then we will be pulling aisships data from somewhere in Miami.

Changing the bounding box of our boat to relative to our boat will allow us to 1. store less data and 2. hammer their aisships api a bit less. You can use your own judgement for how large the bounding box should be.
