Use smtp.remote-ip, not obsolete terms (Optional, but need to use correctly) #24
Description
Use of smtp.remote-ip is optional, so explicit testing for it doesn't need to be added to the test suite, but it changed names during ARC development. Use of obsolete names should be tested for and raise an error.
Presence of smtp.remote-ip should not cause problems when verifying.
