Refactor type spec for space efficiency

The current type.fbs spec is very heavy on tables, and other things which will ultimately bloat the size of functions.

Because we are going to be making breaking changes before we stabilize we should make it a priority to look into ways to cut down the size of the average type.

The path forward for local files is uncompressed ONLY, compression is nonstarter after recent profiling.

With the type spec changes and some other space savings the MSVCRT signature library bundled with Binary Ninja is 4x smaller, ~58mb to ~14mb.
