💡 What: Implemented route-based code splitting using React.lazy and Suspense in App.jsx. Created a LoadingSpinner component as a fallback UI.

🎯 Why: To reduce the initial bundle size and improve load times. Previously, all pages (including Dashboard and Admin) were loaded initially.

📊 Impact: Significantly reduces the main bundle size by splitting it into smaller chunks, loaded only when needed.

🔬 Measurement: Verified with vite build showing multiple chunks and Playwright verification script confirming correct navigation and loading.
