Tempo API not working in perses

Describe the bug

Tempo API of victoriatraces isn’t working in perses due to unsupported path of /api/traces. Its working in grafana only.

We can create and check in perses

Hello. Yes this is expected. The Tempo API only supports GET /api/v2/traces/<traceID> to querying data by trace ID now. We may add support for the old trace API in the future.
