feature request: Adding the StremThru Torz Addon

Problem Description / Use Case

Recently StremThru added a torrent engine (only for debrid), it is surprisingly powerful (more than MediaFusion), the problem is that it has no filtering (Language, quality, weight, etc).

Proposed Solution

It would be awesome to add and would be a great Addon to add in the Addons list in AIOStrems.
