[FEATURE]support shared memory file from other apps

in android 14 many apps that does not have the prermission to write on the sd card will share file in memory by a fake path like fd://123 which is not backed by any path on disk

no, they start with fd://<fd number>. they are https://developer.android.com/reference/android/os/ParcelFileDescriptor which can be accessed using fd in current process
