feat: better cli command

这个 PR 做的这几件事儿。@Yonsm

1. 用 black 格式化了代码
2. 添加了 .gitignore
3. 增加了 console_scripts cli 使用更方便了现在 micli 就可以了
4. 优化了包引入，本地测试可以使用 python3 -m miservice arg1 arg2

I made some change and install package using my fork for https://github.com/yihong0618/xiaogpt

like pip install git+myfork url.
so I wonder if PR available in your repo, then I can just pip install miservice
