Request: Make Production hosted server to be case-insensitive #219

Issue: When building and testing the developer.yubico.com site locally, the navigation is case-insensitive and all links test out just fine. When uploading (merging changes) to production https://developer.yubico.com, links could be broken by case sensitivity. Ain't nobody got time for that!
Yes, I realize that URLs have always been case sensitive, but...
Request: Update the production server https://developer.yubico.com to be case-insensitive.
