"largeBlob" crash on Windows

options.extensions does not contain largeBlob property and obj.dwCredLargeBlobStatus is not zero.

Thank you for the report. Can you provide the options used for the request?

This error is reported by a customer. I cannot duplicate it using personal security keys.
obj.dwCredLargeBlobStatus is always zero in my setup.
The options used by our app (it does not support largeBlob) have the following format
