Feature: go2rtc etc use monitor name for stream name

For stream naming I started wondering if there should be a user settable field or fields for the stream name. There could be an Options choice for Monitor Id / Monitor Name / Custom for the front part and a text entry set to that default of CameraDirectPrimary / CameraDirectSecondary. Or I guess just 2 text entry boxes per Monitor that get populated when the Monitor is created, but can then be changed.

The reason being, having the Monitor Name in there may make HA integration a little more friendly
