in version 1.38.1 often experience disconnected rtsp I compared in version 1.38.0 it is better in version 1.38.0

and the recording results are not saved when the RTSP connection is lost

I forgot to note the error message when using Zoneminder version 1.83.1. I'm currently using version 1.83.0.

I ran it on OpenWRT and built some of the packages required by Zoneminder, such as Perl, Apache2, PHP8, and others.
