Add LicenseRef for AG GRID ENTERPRISE EULA

There are a number of packages from AG Grid (https://www.npmjs.com/search?q=%40ag-grid-enterprise%2F) that are under the AG GRID ENTERPRISE EULA.

For some reason ClearlyDefined used the “LicenseRef-scancode-warranty-disclaimer” for the above EULA, which I opened an issue for here: clearlydefined/service#1259.

Propose adding a LicenseRef to scancode that would cover any version of the AG GRID ENTERPRISE EULA.

The "latest" text of the AG GRID ENTERPRISE EULA is at https://www.ag-grid.com/eula/AG-Grid-Enterprise-License-Latest.html but there is no Date and no Version provided there (that I can find). That's unfortunate, but we'll try to make the best of it, probably by suffixing "-2024" to the license key and name.
