@DennisClark No worries. You have to download one of the ZIP files like https://unece.org/fileadmin/DAM/cefact/Standards/SupplyChain/SCRDM/D16B_SCRDM__Subset__CII_uncoupled.zip In there (buried in some subdirectories), there are the actual files.
