ASCII files with CR-only line terminators do not display properly on Mac

Steps to repro:

1. Load a long file with CR-only line terminators (e.g. file in pull Renaming test file for issue #119 #257)
2. observe that only a horizontal scroll bar is present. Vertical scrolling is not possible (and should be). Horizontal scrolling is possible and should not be (depending on file).

Huh, I'm pretty confused by what could be going wrong here. When CodeMirror intakes text in setValue(), it immediately splits the string into an array of lines in a way that handles CRLF just fine, and from that point onward it maintains no line ending info.

@peterflynn I made a mistake. It's actually files with CR-only line endings. (Which was actually the case in the test file I uploaded earlier).

These files are rare, but are generated by some applications (e.g. Excel on the Mac). I think this is a low-priority bug.

I also suspect this bug is present on Windows. But, I'm travelling and don't currently have a way to confirm.

Ok, that makes more sense. CodeMirror's line-splitting logic handles CRLF and LF alone, but not CR alone.

For the record, the test file was produced by doing "Save As..." and choosing "Tab Delimited Text" as the file format in Excel 2011 for Mac.

These types of files seem to crop up from time to time in my life. It would be great if we could support them, but it's definitely a low priority item.
