Dilato: Core: Mac only: Auto-update failed for Mac standard account

Test environment: Mac 10.13
Test build: 1.13.17693

Steps:
Scenario 1 :

1. Install Brackets 1.13.17693 on Mac for Admin account
2. Sign in a Standard account to the Mac
3. Launch Brackets
4. Go to Help > Check for Updates
5. Click on Get it Now.
6. After download complete, click Restart

Scenario 2 :

1. Install Brackets 1.13.17693 on Mac for Stanard account
2. It will prompt you to enter admin username and password.
3. Enter admin username and password.
4. Launch brackets once it is installed.
5. Go to Help > Check for Updates
6. Click on Get it Now.
7. After download complete, click Restart

Result: Brackets will relaunch and a red warning message appears said: Update failed! Go to brackets.io to retry.

Expect: Installer should prompt user to enter the admin password, then update could successfully
