Launching a second instance of Brackets prompts for index.html

1. Install and Launch Brackets 0.40
2. Pin Brackets to taskbar
3. Shift+Click the brackets icon on the taskbar to launch a second instance

That's just because you press Shift. If you're fast enough releasing Shift, it won't prompt.

Reviewed. Low priority to switch to a modifier that's less likely to be encountered accidentally (e.g. Ctrl+Alt).

You need to follow the instructions for building the shell. http://github.com/adobe/brackets-shell there is a wiki page on building the shell

After that you'll want to open the project in visual studio 2010 and look at the startup process to see where it's checking for the shift key and change it to ctrl+alt

@JeffryBooher Hi Jeff, I've a linux machine. Since this will require VS '10, I'll pass on this task.

@JeffryBooher Ctrl+Alt won't work either as holding these down while starting an application will result in a Properties dialog (on Win 8.1).
Ctrl alone will obviously multi-select something, so imho Alt is the key to go (?)
